At Onward Customs, most of our work is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns on custom garments and signage.
Etsy Orders
For products sold through our Etsy shops (under Onward Customs DBAs), some items may qualify for return.
- Items must be new and unused
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
Webstore Orders
If you placed an order through one of our hosted webstores, you may be eligible for a return program.
- Items must be new and unused
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Approved returns receive a 50% refund
Not all webstores qualify for this program. If you have a webstore with us, please reach out to learn how your store can get qualified.
